What: Announcement of details related to legal action being initiated by Grand Council Treaty #3 on behalf of the members of the Anishinaabe Nation in Treaty 3. The Grand Council's request for a Judicial Review asks the Court to set aside Ontario's award of power contracts to hydro generation dams in Treaty 3 territory that will cause new and continuing adverse impacts on Aboriginal and treaty rights.
